To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. For “no shows,” the full service amount will be charged. Our goal is to provide the best service possible to all our clients. To ensure this, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy above.
