Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking.
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. For “no shows,” the full service amount will be charged.
Our goal is to provide the best service possible to all our clients. To ensure this, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a missed appointment and will be subject to the policy above. We will then need to reschedule your appointment to another date and/or time.
Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other clients. We will always respect yours as well!
Service Adjustment Policy:
If there are any issues or concerns with your service, we are happy to make adjustments at no additional cost as long as they are reported within one week of the original appointment. After this one-week period, any corrections or changes will be considered a new service and charged accordingly, as they fall outside of our care responsibility.
Deposit are non-refundable. There are no refunds.
